I love this place! I won't go anywhere else. They do a great job! Their work and service is incomparable to any of the other vehivle service companies. whether you are needing something fixed or getting an oil change, they are top notch and deliver excellence everytime. They are honest and fair priced. Eric is awesome, proffessional, and knowledgeable to talk to. They will take care of you whatever you need!

On my way home from Seattle to Medford Oregon I ran into a problem with a car I had just bought hours before. I called and gave a brief description of what was going on and the guy on the phone said to come by and he'd free up a lift. As soon as I showed, these guys stepped outside, grabbed my car, put it on the lift and got me back on the road...quick, easy, professionally and kindly! KINDLY...kindness goes a long way, hence this review...these guys are outstanding, and if I was from the area, they'd be my choice of repair facility. Thank you all again!

Exceptional customer service!! My oil change was done here. They didn’t have the air filter I needed, but Susie was on it! They had it delivered & installed in very minimal time. Thank you Honest 1 team!! Highly recommend!!

I love that their name is so ironic. Honest...yeah right. They charged me $1200 to "repair" a problem, but they didn't fix it at all. When I took it back, they wanted to charge me another $3500 to fix the problem that they said was already fixed. I'll never take my car here again.

This is one of the only car repair places I’ve been to where I did not feel that they were trying to take advantage of me or upsell me on unnecessary services. They have always been honest about what needs to be done and if something goes wrong after they have worked on it they generally fix it for free. It’s worth driving across town to get service I can trust.

Prompt, friendly service. Was recommended by a neighbor and when I called for an appointment an actual person picked up the phone and talked to me. What a relief. They charged over $200 for diagnostic. They said they’ll call me to let me know but never did. I called them 5 hours later and they told they don’t know what is wrong with the car. And to fully know what is wrong I have to pay an additional $1000 for them to know what is wrong with it. So I have to pay $1200 + just to diagnosis, and that is not including any repairs. Absolutely ridiculous. And the front lady was very rude. All she can said was “I don’t know”.
