Got $1300+ worth of maintenance done on my vehicle. The following day, my car broke down. Got it towed back to the shop to find out the fuel line hadn't been properly reconnected and had come completely off. The tow was covered by AAA, so no cost there, but I'd lost about half a tank of gas, which I asked them to compensate me for. They acted like it was a huge request, and had to call two different managers to ask if they could. In the end they acted put out, but sent an employee to go fill my gas tank. Never offered an apology for the inconvenience, or to compensate me or refund part of my service or anything. Handed me the keys and moved to the next customer.
