I've been going to Honest 1 for 10 years. They are the best in the biz!!!

I went in for an oil change. The most simple thing for a shop to do. I get my car back, now I have a humming and a rattle every time I turn my AC on, my glove box has come lose and they just insist it will fix itself or I could pay them to fix it, when it’s something they messed up! I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE! The man working on my car was asking question after question to the receptionist. I also don’t appreciate being talked down too like I don’t know how a car works by almost everyone there. Even some insisting I “make my husband or boyfriend” help me. I now have my car in worse condition then when it went in! I would NEVER go back to this place and I will NEVER recommend it!

Victoria: We didn't mess anything up. You had a HUGE rats nest in your cabin air filter/blower area. I nor my staff talked "down" to you or anything about needing a man to fix it for you. I told you to bring it back if the noise continues. Everything we do has a 3yr/36k mileage warranty. Susie, Store Manager

A definite upsell experience for me

Hello Steve. We appreciate you brining in your 1993 Ford pickup for us to look at the ujoints you were concerned about. Unfortunately the condition of the rusty brake system prohibits an easy repair for the 1 of 4 worn ujoints you wanted us to replace. Had the brake system been in ok condition we would have been able to disassemble and reassemble, but under actual circumstances the brakes would have to be addressed once taken apart. There was no charge for the inspection I did. As I stated at the counter, I understand your lack of moving forward, but do understand that there was definite no sale or upsell. Thank you for coming in.

Aaron and Susie were courteous and kind and made me feel comfortable through the diagnosis and repairs of my vehicle. Aaron is straightforward, informative and a wonderful employee. He may be a little loud however he makes sure the work gets done and you are a happy customer. Great place to have repairs done. I will be a return customer due to quality of service, completion of repairs in a timely manner, prices of repairs are fair, lots of coupons and a great environment.

Honest-1 is absolutely the best place in Vancouver to have maintenance service repairs done to your vehicle. Hands-Down always on point caring for your vehicle. Excellent Customer Service with a warm welcoming. Suzy & Aaron are very knowledgeable and efficient making sure you have a good understanding on what your vehicle needs or doesn’t need.
