Vancouver Auto Repair

My husband let me know today that he had a nail in his tire. He works nights and was supposed to be sleeping. He set the appointment and I offered to take it in for him. They gave me the quote for pulling/patching if it could be done and I sat down to wait, expecting the worst (cause that's how my luck has been lately). They were done within 30 minutes and said it wasn't a nail, just a rock. Didn't charge me anything! I can't tell you how much I appreciated that and their honesty. This crew always takes great care of our vehicles. Just have to set up the oil change for the next one. Thank you Honest-1 for not being like a lot of other places and trying to take advantage of a female!

They're great and care allot. They've fixed my vehicle multiple times over the years. They answer all questions before, and even after. Even the annoying questions by non-mechanics like myself who still want to know a thing or 2, they'll answer and have the conversation anyway. If there is a negative, i'd say its they can go lawyer mode real quick. I won't fully blame them since im sure they've dealt with some real angry people, or people trying not to pay/scam their service. But that can lead to frustrating on both parties misunderstandings. Where we're having 2 different conversations. But they'll still work with you, which is the important part. And why i think they deserve all 5 starts.

BEWARE!! I wish I could give 0 stars!! I drove my car in and couldn’t drive it out! They did $3000 worth of work yet the issues I was concerned about were STILL THERE! Although there was an issue I wasn’t aware of until they looked, WHAT DID THEY EVEN DO??? If that one issue made it so I can’t drive my car anymore, why couldn’t they at least fix SOMETHING THAT WAS ACTUALLY BROKEN (because there was a lot). Now I have to get rid of my car AND give them $3000. I will never go there again.

They really make it feel like a community here 🙏 Every time I visit, the staff is always friendly, welcoming, and informative. I love how cheerful they are when offering refreshments and pointing out the little extras — like the kids’ play area, various seating options (including a nice outdoor spot), phone chargers, and even a computer you can use while you wait. It’s those thoughtful touches that make a big difference. And don’t forget to ask about the coupons — totally worth it! I truly appreciate the comfort and care they put into the experience while I wait for my car.

This shop has the most reliable mechanics, they are very thorough, transparent and easy to work with, and get the job done quickly. Not to mention the prices are reasonable for the quality of work received. I have had my car serviced and performed oil changes here a few times. I would rate them 10/10 top marks! They take their time to inspect, explain, and recommend the best option for you. They provide detailed reports when you need a diagnostic and the whole team is so down to earth and friendly. I can't say enough good things about this shop! They truly are the most honest place I could trust my vehicle maintenance to. Thank you guys for continuing to give great service and keep my car happy! 😁

In fact, they’ve told me more than once that certain fixes could wait until my next oil change, which I really appreciate. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted warmly, and they always take the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and even show me parts of my car so I understand what’s going on.
