I learned about Honest-1 Auto Care when I took a long term rental there for service at the request of the rental company. I was imediately impressed with the courtesy and knowldege of the staff. I asked them about some issues that I was having with my car and later took it in to check it out and give it a scheduled service. I had expected to be there for a while and they had a pretty accomodating waiting area that included a table where you could sit and plug in a laptop, a play area for little ones, and some comfortable chairs to sit in and watch TV. However, they took care of my car and I was back on the road.

First time coming to this shop and I am so grateful I did! The two front office individuals were very educational when talking me through my cars diagnosis, which I really appreciated because I don’t know a ton about cars. All staff members were very knowledgeable and willing. The last place I took my car told me to scrap it, so I took it here and they did a free screening and provided me with a personalized website link showing pictures of my car during the screening for evidence of their diagnosis. The website also included a point system that rated the urgency of said issues (turns out I don’t need a new car). I will be taking my car here every time because they are trustworthy!

I took a train from Seattle to purchase a used car. Scheduled an appointment for a full vehicle inspection with Honest-1 Auto Care. The car was in a worse condition than expected and I had to back out of the deal. When I called to cancel my appointment, the help desk greeted me by name right away, like an old friend. I explained my situation and they showed so much empathy telling me not to worry about the appointment. I wish all businesses had such great customer service. Even though I didn't get a chance to see them at work, I just know they'll take good care of you and your car!

Susan and Tom were great. Great communication and service! Susan even went above and beyond to try to locate a new side mirror for my Saab. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here. As a single female it was nice to not be taken advantage of, and amazing to be treated with courtesy and respect. Thank you!

My husband let me know today that he had a nail in his tire. He works nights and was supposed to be sleeping. He set the appointment and I offered to take it in for him. They gave me the quote for pulling/patching if it could be done and I sat down to wait, expecting the worst (cause that's how my luck has been lately). They were done within 30 minutes and said it wasn't a nail, just a rock. Didn't charge me anything! I can't tell you how much I appreciated that and their honesty. This crew always takes great care of our vehicles. Just have to set up the oil change for the next one. Thank you Honest-1 for not being like a lot of other places and trying to take advantage of a female!

They're great and care allot. They've fixed my vehicle multiple times over the years. They answer all questions before, and even after. Even the annoying questions by non-mechanics like myself who still want to know a thing or 2, they'll answer and have the conversation anyway. If there is a negative, i'd say its they can go lawyer mode real quick. I won't fully blame them since im sure they've dealt with some real angry people, or people trying not to pay/scam their service. But that can lead to frustrating on both parties misunderstandings. Where we're having 2 different conversations. But they'll still work with you, which is the important part. And why i think they deserve all 5 starts.

Shout out to Cory, the shop did great work and gave no issues honoring and fixing a warranty issue.
