The staff is always friendly. There are efficient and thorough. They back up any service they perform and want to ensure the customer is happy. I won't be going anywhere else for oil changes or car maintenance.

Went to Vancouver Jeep for a $150 diagnostic and they decided to quote me for $2400 Hester core replacement so decided to call Honest-1 on my way back home doing the walk of shame after hearing the diagnostic. I told all the symptoms over the phone to honest-1 and she scheduled me for that next morning at 8:09 on Saturday, she call me 2 hours later giving me the good news my Ram 2500 diesel, 2018 was blowing hot air again with just a heater core flush which cost me $180 or so compared to Vancouver Jeep! Call this shop if you any a second opinion.

They have always taken care of me to help me find my best options of replacing/fixing the issues I’ve had on multiple cars. Whether it be major repairs or simple inspections and oil changes. If you are going to pay the money to get your work done at a shop then I wouldn’t hesitate to come here again and again and also would recommend my friends and family to come here for exceptional repairs and maintenance.

Been coming here for a while for basic car maintenance. I'm always very pleased with the quality of service. I'm not knowledgeable regarding prices for car work, but I feel like the value is very good, especially considering the quality of the work. Would highly recommend.
