I have experienced so many auto shops it's ridiculous, and being as I worked in the automotive parts industry for quite some time, I very well know the good bad and the ugly sides to this industry, and I can say this, from my experience walking into this place for the 1st time, I was greeted professionally, with friendliness, and promptly, I was given a explanation on what it is that will be done, the cost and so on. Susy told me a Lil over a hour, and it was exactly a Lil over a hour. And I am impressed with the thoroughness that they give in regards to what they did and did not do to my truck. She even referred me to other local places for some miscellaneous things that I need done on my truck which to me shows a great deal of business etiquette, open mindedness and friendliness most of all HONESTY. I can respect and appreciate that completely. I will definitely be going back there and I'm gonna send my family members as well. It's a great place !

Honest 1 is a great place to do business. They are very personable, knowledgeable and honest. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Terrible service. Not willing to put there name on there diagnostci service unless you use them to do the job.

We put your name in a database search. You came up but none of the cars under your name have been here in two to five years. The April appointment schedule was viewed and again your name doesn't show up. A date and more information wouild be helpful.

I have given great reviews in the past, but that regretfully no longer the case. I have had my turn signal/ multi switch broken; it's still broken, oil leak after an oil change, and transmission was at least 2 quarts low even after specifically requesting it be checked. I had mechanic tell me transmission fluid was full, and I checked it less than 1 minute later to find out It was 2 quarts low, and now it's starting to slip. I Had paid over 1400 for an exhaust manifold repair it had to be redone t again within a yr for leaking. it is now leaking worse than it ever has I was given an estimate on how much these fixes would cost should be $0, but the estimate was full price with no consideration for there oversights and poor work?? I asked to have owner to call me and waited to see if he would but never did, so I am writing this review after having a week to look at facts. I feel that at one time this was a great "honest" place to get service, but now it is anything but. My vehicle has come back worse than when it got there on the last 3 visits. I still have 2 oil changes paid for on my service card, which will never get used, and I truly believe I will save way more money by throwing them out compared to damage if used. Please know this is an accurate honest review of my experiences. Kevin N. Oh, almost forgot on another visit. I was quoted $1700 for new front-end rebuild when I actually fixed it for $0; it was a vacuum hose disconnected!!! So maybe honest at 1 time now is like a politicians promise!!

Get your facts straight. We have. You, as stated, believe that maintaining a 240,000 mile truck that is driven 24,000 mile a year shouldn't cost any money to maintain but oil changes. Your Starter/Exhaust purchase lasted 60,000 miles and the starter is still kickin. For better customer service we have logged billable hours that far exceed your initial purchase diagnosing and repairing numerous items for free just because WE ARE WHO WE ARE. In your case this has ended and we charge for Diagnosis. Your claims are in error. Your slipping transmission had 1 1/4 quart added to it to bring the fluid level from the cold mark on the stick to the hot mark and the vehicle was cold tranmission wise. Transmissions slip and burn up when not maintained (no service history) and the owner doesn't take recommendations given to pinpoint possible combination (engine-transmission) oil leaks. In closing you didn't fix the vacuum leak to the hub we did and it was a different noise. Your Toyota has to be one tough mother cause you treat her the same way. Have a nice day

Overpriced, and didn't do a very good job explaining what was wrong with my car.

The crew at Honest-1 does a very good job even if only for a scheduled oil change. Good records are kept on their system for reference of prior work. I received a $20.00 coupon which was an offer from Valvoline also this time.

Outrageous pricing. Rude mechanic. Long waiting... if time is warranted keep looking at other shops. I will say at least the bathroom and lobby was nice.
