A definite upsell experience for me

Hello Steve. We appreciate you brining in your 1993 Ford pickup for us to look at the ujoints you were concerned about. Unfortunately the condition of the rusty brake system prohibits an easy repair for the 1 of 4 worn ujoints you wanted us to replace. Had the brake system been in ok condition we would have been able to disassemble and reassemble, but under actual circumstances the brakes would have to be addressed once taken apart. There was no charge for the inspection I did. As I stated at the counter, I understand your lack of moving forward, but do understand that there was definite no sale or upsell. Thank you for coming in.

Aaron and Susie were courteous and kind and made me feel comfortable through the diagnosis and repairs of my vehicle. Aaron is straightforward, informative and a wonderful employee. He may be a little loud however he makes sure the work gets done and you are a happy customer. Great place to have repairs done. I will be a return customer due to quality of service, completion of repairs in a timely manner, prices of repairs are fair, lots of coupons and a great environment.

Susie and team at honest 1 in East vancouver are the best. They live up to the company name in letting you know what needs fixed without trying to upsell you to things you don't need. They are speedy and do quality work every time. They are our go to mechanic shop for all our family's car needs.

Suzy is courteous, helpful, and really listens, which is especially hard to find in a mechanic shop. On top of all this, the communication is stellar, the workmanship is high quality, and things get done fast. This is the best shop in Vancouver!
