This has been, my go to..auto shop when others have failed. I have brought multiple cars here over the year's and have had a positive experience everytime. The owner's history is great and knowledgeable, Steve has built a vehicle from scratch and has won a award in Vegas for it, in the past.

They got me back up and running just like they said they would.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience! Suzy was fantastic and everything went perfectly!! The mechanics were amazing!

Honest-1 does a great job. They do a thorough inspection with every oil change, and offer a free change with every 3 paid. Same day service and friendly staff.

So, looking at all of the other reviews on here, I will say this: (a) Businesses do make mistakes, but the owner seems to be trying to do right by replying; At the same time, (b) the majority of the negative reviews are left by ignorant alias-named chickenshyts who are mad because they attempted to fix their car first prior to bringing it to Honest1, which often makes it harder to fix for anyone diagnosing it. We recently took our ride in for a transmission rebuild, of which they were great, the price was reasonable for what was needed, came w/a 3yr warranty, were provided w/a beater-rental for the week it was being worked on (6 days IS reasonable), and our car ran smooth as new upon getting it back. We are very happy for Honest1 serving us during our transmission being down.

The name suits this repair shop well. When you call ahead and make an appointment they diagnose the problems quickly and give a fair and honest quote with reasonable prices. I highly recommend this place.

We are traveling from Michigan. We had called several places to get our air-conditioning on our 2016 chevy truck fixed. The Chevrolet Dealer wanted to keep our truck for minimum of 2 days and there are no rentals in the area. Honest-1 got us right in and fixed the air-conditioning in a couple of hours. We were so satisfied with they professionalism. Thank You so much for fixing our truck so we can continue our travels.
