Excellent, reliable and trustworthy service. Professional and courteous staff. There is even a play area to keep kids occupied during a visit!

Would not recommend for warranty work traveling through. Car sat throughout the time scheduled not fixed. I take issue with it. Defective thermostat needed replacement. How simple? Update: Emergency service due to defective warranted part under NAPA driving through requiring immediately attention i.e., defective thermostat. Eventually took vehicle to BMW for diagnostics and confirmed inoperable thermostat, plus other issues where identified which your company would had made money (cash) on if you simply service the bimmer same day scheduled. No problem with NAPA warranty itself, claim open easily without issue and I know nothing about you 3yr/36 month warranty. Original work perform by a different company (who resolved matter) with NAPA 2 yr/24k warranty in association with BMW. Honest, really?

Problem wasn't a warranty issue. You're thermostat was not suspect. Diagnostic inspect would've revealed that but you weren't interested in that, just what you could get for free. Honest-1 has a 3 year/36k mile warranty.
