No hard sale for services and even made suggestions for savings on services with a coupon package which saved about as much the cost of the coupon pkg. But now I have other normal services that won't cost more because the pkg includes oil changes, etc. Pleasant place with Wi-Fi, homey seating areas too. My only complaint, the chairs by the TV were a bit uncomfortable because the padding has broken down but the staff was really nice.

Nothing honest about them. Took advantage of my daughter’s inexperience and age. For a ridiculously overpriced oil change she came away with coolant that was not checked/filled and was found to be low a month later. The electronics in her steering wheel was also no longer working after leaving there. When she brought the car back in to address the issue they were Extremely rude and told her they were not obligated to fix it. Impressive customer service. Would absolutely not recommend this place

Service is fast and efficient and the staff in the front, especially Suzie, are terrific. No matter what the problem, it is diagnosed and a fair estimate for the work is given in understandable terms. They also evaluate all of your car's systems and make recommendations for service with no pressure. I have been in the area for five years and Honest 1 has never let me down.

Honest 1 has never failed to provide excellent service, appropriate evaluation of my car's status without suggesting unnecessary or marginal repairs that can be postponed. They have been friendly, courteous and always provided understanding if an appointment must be changed. I highly recommend Honest 1 for care of your car and don't forget they often have some great coupon discounts.

Took my daughters car in yesterday to check out her battery which I was told was bad so I wanted to run it to the Toyota dealership to see if they would give me a discount since the battery was only 3 yrs old...Honest one charged me 51.00 dollars to check the battery...I asked them at the time if they would apply that to the battery price if I came back which they said they would...after going to Toyota,which they said 151.00 for a battery and a 10 percent discount (136.00) I went back to Honest One because I already was 51 dollars in and told them my quote from Toyota and the lady said they would give me a discount(she had told me the battery was 150.00 on the first trip) ...signed a bill for 118 which I thought was great but now on my credit card I have two charges 51 and 118...my receipt shows the 51 off of 150 but still the two tickets now add up to 169 so that is no discount no matter how you do the math and most places in town do not charge a fee to check a battery...also bought a battery from them last year at 135.00...so beware ...( I realize no battery is 118 but my bill should not have been 169 when told they would give me a discount)

I hade Honest one do a alignment on my car. Online it said it would cost $79 but when I went to pick it up it was over $100. I showed them the online price and they wouldn’t honor that price saying corporate needed to change that price. I’m sorry but if your advertising a price online, you need to honor that price.

great care given for my 3 cars. I've never been "pushed" to have any work done. Susie is the best.
