Very nice employee's. And they are honest

No issues with the mechanical work... delt with 3 different "Managers" of varying skills thru the year. In this respect they are no different than any other shop and you should be careful. In my opinion do not take any long term maintenance deals with them. So in the end buyer beware like anyone else...

Got an oil change here. Work was done satisfactory but the couple that owns the place were airing out personal issues which seemed unprofessional. To be clear i would spend money here again.

I came for a lifetime alignment. I was quite happy with the affordability. My rear brakes were identified as being in the Red Zone, I will return soon to complete this important maintenance also.

Every employee that I interacted with was pleasant and professional. They communicated clearly on how long and how much the services were going to cost. They fixed the issues with my car quickly and at a fair price. A day later I had a few follow up concerns with my car. I called them and they immediately took a second look at my car free of charge. My car is now running as well as it was when I first bought it. I could not recommend them enough!

They very friendly not pushy to up sell you higher services

I recently took my car to Honest-1 because it was flashing an error code, P0430, catalytic converter right bank. After four visits to the shop, and $1700 in charges, my car still flashes the P0430 code. On my last visit to the shop the receptionist simply stated, go fix it yourself. I wish she would have said that $1700 ago. Seems odd that a mechanic shop would tell a customer to go away.

I love Honest 1 on 123rd in Vancouver, Wa. I moved here two years ago and have been a customer of Honest 1 even before I came to Vancouver. I feel they have always been honest about what I needed done and the prices are reasonable. The customer service has always been awesome. I will continue bringing my car here because I trust the crew at Honest 1
