Vancouver Auto Repair

This is not a review of the auto service, but the customer service: My car was being towed from another mechanic to my home. The tow truck driver randomly dropped it off at Honest-1 auto and left the keys without a word. Suzy at the front desk had no idea what this car when AAA dropped it off. She found a receipt in my car, called the business to get my contact information. She contacted me and let me know what happened. Thank goodness for kind, honest human beings like Suzy! I was able to call AAA and have them come back to tow my car where it needed to go but didn't want this act of great service to go unmentioned!

we took our hyundai there to have an alignment done. It's one of the few things I cannot do at home. I explicitly told them to leave everything else alone, no fluids checked, nothing. When I came back for the car I noticed it was dripping fluids and the coolant res had fluid around it. They told me they topped off our coolant. On the way home the radiator exploded because they jammed the rad cap in the closed position so it could not relieve excess pressure from have way too much coolant in it. Ended up spending the next 2-3 weekends replacing radiator, thermostat, and water pump because of related damages.

AMAZING! Amazing customer service and speedy service! Got an oil change and was done in less than 30 mins! Receptionist in front was very welcoming! Offered complimentary beverages and snacks! She really took the time to get everything right the first time! I really appreciate the detail of it all! Great job! Just moved to this area and will make this my regular place for maintenance.

I have taken my truck to them 2 times and have received excellent service. they kept me advised on all needed repairs this is the business model I would respect from a top notch auto repair shop. Bought a Groupon that included oil changes and other free/discounted services. It's an excellent value and they had my oil change done quick. Also, making an appointment online was easy.

Got a coupon in the mail for a $30 oil change so I called to make sure it would work with my vehicle and set my appointment. When I arrived they accepted the coupon. It wasn’t until the work was finished and it was time to pay that they said the coupon doesn’t apply. Ended up being $80. If you receive one of these “coupons” just throw it in the garbage it’s a trick.

Every time my car needs maintenance Honest One is where I go. They are helpful and customer service oriented on every occasion. Suzy always tries to fit what I need done in my schedule. Thanks to the whole team.
