SO *SURPRISED THEY TOOK MY DURANGO TRUCK IN 4 SVCS LATE IN THE AFTERNOON WHEN I FIGURED THEY WOULD MAKE ME AN APPT 4 THE NEXT DAY OR SO.. THANK-YOU FOR THE AMAZING TUNEUP AND NEW OXYGEN SENSOR; THIS DURANGO RUNS LIKE AN EFFICIENT RACECAR NOW PLUS TELLING ME WHAT *ELSE THIS TRUCK NEEDS TO HAVE DONE & NOT CHARGING ME AN ARM & A LEG * PLUS * TELLING ME THIS TRUCK HAS *FOUR* OF OXYGEN SENSORS !!! 😁WHO KNEW *THAT?? Took them way too long to do a fuel pump replacement. I'm an electrical engineer and I did it faster than they did using a YouTube video! Don't go to Honest1! They're either scammers or incompetent. Either way, no reason to bring your car here. Edit: in response to the reply, the YouTube video that I followed had me almost finished within 2 or so hours. But it didn't correctly show me how to remove it and we didn't have the correct tools. Now, if you want to tell me it took you guys 3 hours to do the fix that I already removed the hoses from (which take the longest time to do in this fix) then my only response is that you must be incompetent as a mechanic because it should not have taken that long for you guys to finish the job. I mean, the YouTube video that slowly and carefully shows the same fix is only an hour and a half long! If you're doing it like you know what you're doing without trying to teach someone, why does it take you twice as long? Every other mechanic job I've had done did so way way faster than I could, because I'm not a mechanic. But not you guys.

They are not honest the advertise 24.95 for an oil change then when I call they said it was going to cost me $71 because of my car. That's the first place I heard of the bases an oil change on what kind of car you have. I heard oh high millage but also the car to?

If I could leave a no-star review I would. I’ve taken my car to couple different mechanics in Denver and repairs were always completed properly and honestly; but I would NEVER recommend the crooks at Honest-1. They swapped out an engine thermostat which I had requested but left me with a check engine light still on and did not very the repair fixed the issue. Their mechanic stated there was a crack in the upper radiator hose and they did replace that as well. However they missed a clearly compromised engine coolant temp sensor and they replaced the old, stripped out thermostat housing bolts stating they could not find any in stock. I found the screws available for pickup the same day within 10 minutes of this shop. It’s a sad day when an untrained lay person can quickly search google for the necessary parts for proper repair and trained mechanics cannot properly repair a vehicle and send it back to the customer in good working order. I attempted to contact the shop and was met with very unprofessional resistance by the shop manger who’s job should be to listen to the customer and make things right. I am never taking my vehicles to this shop again. Please beware of these crooks and their unprofessional and untrained staff!
