Honest 1 did an oil change on our Pilot and as always they did an outstanding job.

Awesome experience at Honest-1 on Mill Plain. Customer service and quality of work was exceptional from Susan, Norm, and Cory. I appreciate the drinks, wifi, and tv that they have available to keep you busy while you wait for your car to be taken care of. Additionally, there are plenty of places to grab lunch in the area if you're in during lunch hour. Overall, for a mechanics shop, I was pleased with the work and will be returning.

Very expensive and took long to get my car back every day I call I was told we need a couple more hours end up being four more days

I've been here several times for oil changes. Good price, nice place. But last visit was a problem. The guy who worked on my car opened my car door into the truck next to it and nicked the edge of the door. I had just gotten the car back from painting that door which was a real challenge since the car is 18 years old and that paint isn't made anymore. I know these things can happen but not by someone I've entrusted to take care of my car. Then I realized the light hadn't been fixed. When I called the office the girl was nice and said the store manager would call me the next day. I'm still waiting for that call.

I was not planning to leave a review. But want people to know that after all,Honest-1 Auto Care are not very honest based on my personal experience. Purchased a "free oil change" service through Groupon and took my car in for the first time in May of 2019. Paid an additional $5.93 after the discount was applied, which I thought was not that big of the deal. Took the same car today 09/14/19, for the same service based on the same coupon terms and was quoted $64.66. When asked about why there was such a big difference in price from the first time, I was told "I do not know", which was followed up by that it was due to increase in oil price. I will let you make your own conclusions here. Thank you Honest-1 Auto, and especially the representative Sue, who wished me a "good day" and provided such a clear and concise response to my question. I left my coupon with her as I am definitely not using their services in the future only to notice her giving it to a different customer. Great service!

Honest-1 at this location is the only auto service business I have used in many years that makes me feel they are truly what the name implies! They make recommendations, give you prices and allow you to make decisions without pressure. The work is done on time and is guaranteed for three years. Susan, behind the front desk, translates the technical information from the mechanics in a friendly, compassionate manner. She gives you all the possible options based upon the importance of the reported problems. I highly recommend this place should you need any repairs to your vehicle.

They told me I had a transmission pan leak(AND DIDNT BOTHER TO ADD ANY FLUID) then gave me a quote that was way over priced and the parts online would have cost me like $25-30 tops and it was a 30 minute job. Also didnt even check tire pressure during an oil change? Not the moat Honest place i wont be coming back even though i had bought the oil change coupon book

I cant write enough praise about this business. I had recently acquired a new vehicle and needed some services. The owner, manager, and staff were very helpful and made arrangements to get things done very quickly. The staff is extremely experienced, and detail oriented. They have worked on other vehicles I have owned, and received the same consistent service each time. They are very communicative, and make it easy to understand every issue that arrives. I will continue to take all of my cars there, amd recommend them to anyone that asks.
