I was observing some abnormal voltages on my Info screen related to my Cadillac's battery charging. I brought the car in and the Honest-1 Vancouver staff put the electrical system through standard tests for alternator, battery and related. The checks were done thoroughly even though the final diagnosis was, "All checked out and no problems found". Good electronics testing work.

I stopped in at almost closing time and Mike helped me with the fog lights on my 4Runner. That kind of service tells me a lot, and I would definitely use them again for my vehicle service. Friendly staff as well.

Great experience overall. I needed a new alternator. They got me a great price and my car is 100% better. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very pleased with my experience.

Very nice employee's. And they are honest

No issues with the mechanical work... delt with 3 different "Managers" of varying skills thru the year. In this respect they are no different than any other shop and you should be careful. In my opinion do not take any long term maintenance deals with them. So in the end buyer beware like anyone else...

Got an oil change here. Work was done satisfactory but the couple that owns the place were airing out personal issues which seemed unprofessional. To be clear i would spend money here again.

I came for a lifetime alignment. I was quite happy with the affordability. My rear brakes were identified as being in the Red Zone, I will return soon to complete this important maintenance also.

Every employee that I interacted with was pleasant and professional. They communicated clearly on how long and how much the services were going to cost. They fixed the issues with my car quickly and at a fair price. A day later I had a few follow up concerns with my car. I called them and they immediately took a second look at my car free of charge. My car is now running as well as it was when I first bought it. I could not recommend them enough!
