They installed brakes with one functioning bolt that was so loose it was taken off by hand. They broke a part and didn't replace it. The shocks were loose as well. We are a single income family, I have a brain tumor and our son has special needs. They wouldn't give us our money back when I filed a report with the BBB and the area rep is part owner in one of their shops. Don't put your life in their hands

Walked in and right back out. You can't expect to run a business with rude receptionists. Sure there are no parking signs out front but there aren't many other places to park and 30 seconds in a self designated no parking zone isn't going to hurt anyone. **edit 01/24/18** Just to be clear it was actually my sister who walked in while I waited in the drivers seat of her car. So technically I wasn't even parked in the spot and they still made sure to tell my sister to move the car as soon as she stepped foot in the door. Very rude people.

Had a bad misfire problem with my 1999 Chevy truck. Chevy dealer told me it was probably a bad fuel injector. Took it here and the guys found it was just a cracked spark plug. Problem fixed. Diagnostic cost a lil over $100 but way cheaper than replacing a fuel injector , and the diagnostic tests checked fuel pressure , compression, etc. . Was worth it , saved me lots of money. The price of the testing was worth it.

DO NOT USE THIS "SHOP"! WENT IN FOR A TIRE ROTATION AND ALIGNMENT AND THE MECHANIC WORKING ON MY TRUCK NEVER TIGHTENED MY LUG NUTS AFTER ONLY HAND TIGHTENED THEM. AFTER LEAVING THE PLACE A BLOCK DOWN THE ROAD I NOTICED A WEIRD NOISE FROM MY WHEELS. I PULLED OVER TO FINED 2 TIRES OUT OF 4 WERE ALL MISSING THE LUG NUTS AND THE STUDS WERE ALL STRIPPED. HOW DOES A CERTIFIED MECHANIC SHOP DO THIS??? STILL SHOCKS ME TILL THIS DAY

We just had our headlight replaced. We got in quickly and received A-1 service, quick and courteous service from staff. Thank you
