I had an appt on a sat at 10. I walked in and was greeted about 5 times. After Aaron had answered the phone twice, and 15 minutes of standing around I was helped. I have a groupon for oil changes. He told me it would be 3 oil change stamps and still would not cover the oil change because my car took 8 quarts of full synthetic. We got this figured out. I would like to add I told him this car gets full synthetic. Aaron's reply was we use the recommended oil for the car. Keep in mind this car uses dextose which is a full synthetic oil. He would have probably put the wrong oil in my car if I hadn't pointed it out. To sum up the visit. After I have used all my oil changes here I will not be back. Let me add I had an appt for 10am and Aaron could not find it. After I told him Susan made the appt he found it on another screen. Finally got checked in almost 30 minutes past my scheduled appt. I agree Aaron I truly believe you did your best. Like I had stated it is not the consumer or the customers fault you are under staffed. You should however help the customers in front of you before you answer the phone or place the customer on hold. You did have my car completed extremely fast, however I wonder if it is because of my review. Please have Susan call me to talk about this.

The staffs here are friendly. The price is really good, especially if you get a coupon book from them for $99. It's 4 oil change (8 if you have older cars) and lots of other maintenence. It's only by schedule. There's a kids play corner which is a plus.

Another nice visit to honest one with excellent results and courteous staff. Will continue to use them for upkeep on my three cars.

We've had great experiences with this location. Friendly service, communicated well what needs to be done on the car. Got same day service for one repair that came up on the oil change/inspection.

We just received a marketing letter from Honest-1 which said they were sending us a “rebate check”. The letter contained what looked like a negotiable check. It had a date and a check number, was on colored check-type paper, with a company signature and endorsement lines on the back. The “For” line on the check says it is an “auto repair rebate check”. Upon looking more closely, we noticed fine print saying “NOT REAL CHECK”, “Patent Pending”, and “expiration date.” That told us that this is a coupon for future work, not a rebate for past work. In other words, calling this coupon a “rebate check” is a lie. This is a dishonest and misleading marketing scam, designed to mislead customers. No doubt some customers will believe that this is a real check and will take it to their bank to deposit it. Apparently it did not occur to the company how embarrassed those folks will feel when their bank tells them the check is a scam. The company should be ashamed of itself. With this kind of marketing, this company needs to change its name to Dishonest-1.

Sometimes the guys can come across abrasive when answering the phones but over all the work is great, they are fast and their prices are good. I feel they are honest and don't try and get more money out of you than is fair for the work the car actually needs. I wish I had found them sooner.

Master Technician Norman recently corrected some issues with my 2000 Cadillac Eldorado ESC. The problems were both mechanical and electronics problems. He knows how to diagnose problems with an older Cadillac and I would recommend him highly. It is satisfying to find someone who has the experience to do repair work.
