When I got there for my appt that I made on line, it wasn't showing in the computer, but he quickly squeezed me into the schedule and got my oil change done right on time. Great job - I will be back whenever I need service!

Ridiculous! We bought a car that had $1700 of work done. A year later, the water pump went out. They are refusing to replace the parts since we bought the car after the work was done. They are suppose to guarantee their parts for 3 years. His response to me asking as to why they don’t honor that part of the receipt: “We aren’t a parts store.” What a joke!
We've had good experience with them for several years now. Our go to shop!
Had the absolute BEST experience today at Honest-1. Susan and Corey were incredibly kind and patient as I was explaining all of the issues I was hoping to have fixed on my Trailblazer. They solved an issue I was dealing with for the last 3 years! Prices were fair and their customer service was impeccable. Susan took the time to educate me about the noises I was hearing from my engine. I was well taken care of today... oh and my car is 100% fixed. 👍🏼
