Got me right in even without an appointment and got me on the road quickly!!!

I bought a groupon and it was a decent deal, each time i made an appointment they said an hour, never finished in an hour, average 1 1/2. My mistake I bought a second groupon, and they changed the pricing so now higher for each oil change then the dealership, took it in and again was told an hour, went walking and returned hour and 40 later to find they did not have my filter, it was over two hour when finished. next appointment I asked to make sure the oil filter was in stock when i made the appointment and was asked why so explained what had happened and was told it would be ready in one hour, so dropped and again told one hour and went our walking, returned 1 1/2 later and they had not started and the women at the desk said well you left , yes i left but asked and told one hour. so again waiting. And she was "my bad"

This is not a review of the auto service, but the customer service: My car was being towed from another mechanic to my home. The tow truck driver randomly dropped it off at Honest-1 auto and left the keys without a word. Suzy at the front desk had no idea what this car when AAA dropped it off. She found a receipt in my car, called the business to get my contact information. She contacted me and let me know what happened. Thank goodness for kind, honest human beings like Suzy! I was able to call AAA and have them come back to tow my car where it needed to go but didn't want this act of great service to go unmentioned!

we took our hyundai there to have an alignment done. It's one of the few things I cannot do at home. I explicitly told them to leave everything else alone, no fluids checked, nothing. When I came back for the car I noticed it was dripping fluids and the coolant res had fluid around it. They told me they topped off our coolant. On the way home the radiator exploded because they jammed the rad cap in the closed position so it could not relieve excess pressure from have way too much coolant in it. Ended up spending the next 2-3 weekends replacing radiator, thermostat, and water pump because of related damages.
