Always great service here. We've been using Honest1 for two years and have always received courteous and professional work and advice about our car. We use the coupons when they come along, but nonetheless, we are very pleased with this shop.

Did a good job
Third time at the Vancouver/Mill Plain location. Each time was a great experience. They attempted to find my front-end clicking noise while I waited. We were in and out with the problem fixed in a little over an hour. They seem busy all the time which you can take as a good sign as well. I'll be back.
Great bunch of professional folks there! Had my car in there for some engine rebuilding. When the job took longer than expected they paid for the extra days rental car charges. Made a big difference for me. Robert will always give you a fair deal. I recommend Robert and crew at The Honest one Car Care.

Great customer service. Honored a competitor's coupon. Also had a free service because I was supposed to be out of the shop in an hour and it was 3 due to a scheduling error. That really helped offset any frustration. Thanks to Robert andd staff.

They always give me more information about my car care and tips for upcoming appointments. I appreciate that they are forecast future care that needs to be done to maintain the car because it helps me save for my next appointment and budget my financial resources.
