Vancouver Auto Repair

Beware of this company. They have a tenancy to try and over charge and rip you off. Moreover, they send third party marketing door to door salesmen to your door under the guise that the people at your door actually work for the shop. They give you a high pressure sales pitch, then you find that the "specials" they are running are actually only selling coupons. They offer "free" oil changes, but then you see the value of the "coupon" given comes nowhere near what the full charge is for their service.

The staff kindly repaired some rubber molding that had come loose again after being repaired on an earlier visit (for no charge); plus the manager extended a kindness to me in honoring a coupon. I left happy and impressed! I feel they are honest and thorough with me about the condition of my car.

Good service, with a nice friendly atmosphere. I had a wonderful cup of coffee and watched CNN on the big screen while waiting for my car to be serviced. Loved it!

Fast, friendly, and honest service.

The folks at honest one did a very good job diagnosing my problem ,they were quick to fit me in which was great because I needed to pass emissions . The reason for four stars is sticker shock I found the part for 200 cheaper and did it in an hour saved $300

Car wouldn't start. I was 2 blocks away from the shop. A mechanic walked over. Got my car started so I could drive to the shop where they squeezed my quick fix (dead battery) into the schedule and got me on my way. I made it to work on time!

Always great service here. We've been using Honest1 for two years and have always received courteous and professional work and advice about our car. We use the coupons when they come along, but nonetheless, we are very pleased with this shop.
