Vancouver Auto Repair

Took notice of shop while driving by, saw oil change special and made appt. On arrival, fellow with greasy pants took vehicle for service. Used paper floor mat, but should have protected seat, as it was damaged by oil/grease. Viewed service through window and trio of servicemen on vehicle did not exude confidence or perform tasks with apparent ease. My concerns were validated, by having to intervene in order to have my air filter reinstalled after removal for inspection as tech had closed hood on my Rubicon after oil/filter service. After payment, and review of recommended services (several hundred dollars), I discovered oil splattered on hood/fenders/grill/bumper and most likely underhood as well. Manager responded and cleaned seat and wiped off exterior oil spots, but I will have to handle myself in order to get it back to prior condition. I was disappointed as I drove off, realizing that I now have work to do at additional time and expense...

All the people here are very helpful and willing to go the extra mile.

Frustrated at the moment. Paid a decent amount of money to have my car fixed and as of now it's not fixed. Will update my review as I know more

Honest-1 has been working on the car and replaced the air intake sensor. Since then, I brought my car in for some 'farting' that my car is doing. They took a look and found no issues and wasn't able to re-create it. They were hesitant to apply any extra repairs because they can't confirm that would resolve the issue. Issue might might turn out to be water in the fuel so I appreciate that they were pros in not having to do more work than necessary saving me $$.

The service is excellent and reliable I have two newer cars and is the only place I go for car related needs

Did fine as far as I can tell, was just an oil change. A little slow.

Duncan said the business does wonderful work that he is very happy with. He went in for an oil change and the oil pan plug was stripped. They had one delivered and did not charge him for it.
