I was stalled twice this summer with a "problem battery" that was purchased at Costco in January 2019. After some diagnostic tests H-1 found the battery to not be serviceable. H-1 had a replacement battery with a five-year warranty and that battery is working fine now after about one week. Five starts.

Had my oil changed. The staff was friendly, fast and did not try to up sell me. They also followed all Covid 19 precautions, using masks, sanitation, and social distancing. I have used Honest 1 for oil changes, timing belt replacement and engine/oil flushes.

I have finally found my car care provider for life. I have tried other ‘quick lube’ places that all they want to do is sell you ‘Upgrades’. I seemed to be a woman that they thought they could take advantage of. Then I found Honesty 1. The whole staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. Suzi is amazing! This morning I went in for my routine oil change and explained I wasn’t happy with the wipers I bought and had installed the last time I was in. Suzi gladly had a better quality wipers installed at no charge. Totally unexpected! I can now see through the rain drops. The staff’s honesty and integrity are far above any business I have ever dealt with. Keep up the good work!
