THE WORST company for an OIL CHANGE. They use an unknown distributor and recommend synthetic blend to be changed every 3k miles. They are not 'HONEST-1' They are Dis-Honest-1 They lie to your face and make excuses when you ask question regarding QUALITY of oil. --- I lose horsepower when accelerating and it has not been 3k miles. It all started 1k miles after the first oil change with Honest-1, and I did not realize that this was the issue. They even told me 15 of December 2014 that, "oil is changed because of the filter and not because the oil viscosity or the property of the oil is used up" and they bash on the dealers pretty heavily... they criticize the dealers so you would trust them! Do NOT use them for an OIL CHANGE! they also DELETED my review that I posted last night DEC 15, 2014 on FACEBOOK DIS-HONEST NUMBER 1

I recently had a flat tire and took my vehicle to Les Schwab because the tires were under warranty. When replacing the tire they did not secure it tight enough and driving down the freeway the tire literally flew off causing body damage. I took my car to The Honest-1 to have some work done and they informed me I literally had 2% left on my breaks, something Les Schwab failed to mention. They took excellent care of me here and I would recommend them to anyone.

Extremely friendly staff, answered all my questions and treated me with respect! This is where ill get my car serviced from now on!

I brought my car here because it had a rough idle. I paid $100 diagnostic fee and was told that the issue was caused by vacuum leaks. I was assured their technicians know what they're doing and don't need to follow the troubleshooting trees designed for the car....they charged me $660 for fuel injection system cleaning and intake/throttle body gaskets and said the issue was fixed. The issue was not fixed, nor even improved. I'm not sure what they fixed but it wasn't the obvious sputtering idle when the car was warm.... I checked each of the spark plug wires with a multi meter and found one with a bazaar resistance. Replaced the plug wire and the car runs perfect....cost $10 and 20 minutes of time. What a rip off, I definitely won't be back.
