Do not use Honest 1 Auto Care..they charged me more then what they said and they are twice as much as other repair shops in town..also told me I needed spark plugs at 60,000 and my maintenance guide says 100.000!!! Bad job!! I reported them to the BBB and will be going to small claims! When I went to talk to Honest 1.. as they requested, Mike the manager said to check with Firestone for the maintenance schedule. Mike said they use the same program as he does...I went to Firestone and they too said "no spark plugs until 100,000 miles" I called Mike back and told him that. So far only Honest 1 has a 40,000 mile early repair maintenance guide. Good for him bad for customers! I had Honest 1 Auto Care served court papers today.
