Past reviews were certainly not my experience, and with a name like Honest-1, it certainly gave pause... But my experience with them was actually very good, both at the front desk and the mechanical work, which was outstanding. They did a great job diagnosing two separate issue which had been giving me problems for some time, and both are resolved to my great satisfaction. Regardless of the name, they are indeed polite, knowledgeable, and honest indeed.

"great service" I like this place where I change the oil because I can get in pretty fast, don't have to wait. It's clean and people are very courteous. Last time they gave me a ride home when they looked at the car . overall good service.
