My car is in their shop right now and has a lot wrong with it because of my own negligence. Fortunately the woman working in the front, Brandi, is an extremely sweet person. She called me to keep me updated on my car and lent me a shop car to use so I can still get home and get to work. She was forward with me and she was never condescending or patronizing, which I have felt from mechanics many times before. I really feel like I can trust them with my vehicle and I'm glad I took a chance on this place.

Not very competent on oil change

Robert and staff are always friendly and explain my car repairs fully. Honest 1 Vancouver has saved me at least $300 ÷ in repairs last year. Looking forward to doing more business with them this year. I always get my oil changes here.
