Check the costs of parts before you have work done! 150% mark-up over the RETAIL cost of parts... Edit: found out the wholesale price of the parts I need to be $230...Honest-1 charges $788 for the parts. That's over a 300% markup!

I had to take my fiancé's car into the shop because it was overheating. We had had the thermostat replaced in January (by a friend who is a Honda mechanic) but it was acting the same way so we needed to get it taken care of the same day. The check engine light was on because of the O2 sensor. When they called me to discuss what was going on they said the thermostat was opening and closing correctly but that the O2 sensor was causing the engine to not get enough fuel. I asked how much it would be to replace the O2 sensors in front and in back and was told approximately $1,000 or $750 if we didn't use OEM parts. That seemed extremely high to me so I told them we would pick up the vehicle and go somewhere else to have the work performed. The guy I spoke with seemed irritated that I chose to take the vehicle elsewhere. I then hopped on the websites for both O'reillys and Autozone and found the exact same O2 sensors that they wanted to charge me $788 for, for only $300 (same brand and everything). Thinking that the labor cost for this could not be that expensive I called a different shop and was told the entire cost out the door would be $398 plus tax. I will never step foot in Honest-1 again and am beyond disgusted with not only the insane price gouging but also the unprofessionalism demonstrated by the company.

Not a pleasant experience while at the shop. I made an appointment online for an alignment for 59.95. After being charged 79.95 they were reluctant to refund me my $20 and very unapologetic. Also after looking at my car there seem to be more problems now than when I went In there. I am beginning to wonder if they have any experienced mechanics. Will not be going back and I advice people to stay far away

I read the reviews before giving this place a try and wasn't sure what to expect. From calling to schedule my appointment to the time I walked out of the business, the staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Robert explained the services to me and did not try to oversell me on any services or parts. I will be returning.

This shop has great customer service and the mechanics do there job very well!

Love these guys. They do all my inspections and oil changes for my company and I couldn't be happier! Great management and environment as well. The waiting area feels like a hotel and makes waiting easy. Very competeively priced and they truly stick to their name of Honest!

Ever since Robert started managing the service has gone downhill. Ive waited an hour and a half for an oil change even with an appointment. He treats customers with a condescending attitude and has serious trouble when it comes to listening and communicating. I won't be back even though I have a punch card for 5 free oil changes. Given to me because I was there for 5 hours for my last service and they messed up my car. Beware.

I have used Honest1 for over a year now. Their service has always been excellent.
